When can I make a Pavilion Reservation? |
Reservations for FACILITIES: Call 304-728-3207 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays. Park facilities (such as picnic sites and shelters or athletic fields) can be reserved by telephone. Reservations with payment by cash, check, or money order must be returned to the JCPRC within two weeks of your request. Reservations are accepted beginning the first working day in January for that year or as little as two weeks in advance of the reservation date. No rain dates are available unless you pay for the date in advance. Cancellations are fee/deposit return requests will be honored up to 30 days prior to your event.

How do I register for a program? |
Registration for ACTIVITIES: Registration for programs sponsored by your Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Department can be made by mailing or bringing your registration form with payment to the JCPRC Office. The price (s) for recreation activities are listed in the program description. Prices are per person and/or per session, unless otherwise noted. If paying by check or cash you must pay in person or mail your registration form, and register at least one week in advance of the program. Please note that checks may be held until the program start. Payment for a reservation must be made at the time it is booked.
