Refund Policy- After Initial registration, refund requests must be submitted in writing at least five working days prior to the start of the program are subject to a $10 Administrative fee. No refunds or credit will be issued less than five days prior to the class start or after a program has begun. No exceptions. Monetary refund will only be issued due to the department's cancellation of a program. If insufficient registration causes a program to be cancelled, participants will receive a REFUND or CREDIT to their JCPRC account. For any program fee under $10 no refund will be processed, only credits to JCPRC accounts will be issued. Notice- Out of County fees will be assessed. As of January 1, 2012 the JCPRC will begin charging a $5 non-resident fee for any group or individual that does not live in Jefferson County.
